🍵 Traditional Oregano Leaf Tea Recipe
Ingredients
af or ½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup hot water
Optional: honey or lemon (for taste)
Instructions
Wash the fresh oregano leaf thoroughly.
Place the leaf (or dried oregano) in a cup.
Pour hot (not boiling) water over it.
Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain if needed.
Add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink warm.
Drink once a day, after meals
Use culinary oregano only
Avoid concentrated oregano oil unless advised by a professional
