¼ cup red wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients
Cube the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Quarter the salami slices.
Slice pickles if needed.
Make Marinade
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Jar
Layer cheese cubes, salami, pickles, and parsley into a clean mason jar.
Pour & Chill
Pour the marinade over the mixture until fully coated.
Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
Serve
Serve chilled straight from the jar or on skewers as an appetizer.
