Instructions:
1. Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Place bread butter-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Layer cheddar, pickles, bacon, Swiss, and another bread slice (butter-side up).
5. Grill until golden brown, then flip carefully.
6. Cook until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
7. Drizzle with pickle juice for extra flavor!
