Ingredients

  • 1+ potatoes, scrubbed

Instructions

  1. Cut potato in half. Thinly slice one half (1/8–1/16″) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Immediately place slices in cold water. Rinse a few times until water runs clear.
  3. Pat slices dry thoroughly with a towel.
  4. Lightly oil a dinner plate. Lay slices in a single layer (no overlap). Sprinkle with salt or seasonings. Cover with parchment or paper towel.
  5. Cook on high for 3–5 minutes until crisp. Time varies by microwave and slice thickness.
  6. Continue with remaining slices in batches.
