Ingredients
12–16 large dill pickle spears (or whole gherkins if you want smaller bombs) — drained & patted dry
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (100 g) shredded sharp cheddar (plus extra for topping if desired)
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (optional — makes filling silkier)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼–½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste (be light — pickles are salty)
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (butter biscuits) or 1 package crescent roll dough or puff pastry — enough to wrap 12–16 pieces
1 egg + 1 tbsp water (egg wash)
Sesame seeds/Everything bagel seasoning (optional topping)
