CHEDDAR DILL COLESLAW – Creamy, Crunchy & Totally Irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage 🥬
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles 🥒
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or ranch 🥄
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard 🌟
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill (or 1/2 tsp dried) 🌿
  • Black pepper to taste ⚫

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, cheddar cheese, and chopped dill pickles. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream (or ranch), Dijon mustard, and fresh dill.
