Ingredients (4–6 servings)
1 cup heavy whipping cream (very cold)
4–6 tbsp powdered erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose (to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ tsp strawberry extract (key for zero-carb flavor)
A few drops natural pink/red food coloring (optional)
Optional: a pinch of citric acid for that real strawberry tang
Real strawberries = carbs. Strawberry extract keeps it zero-carb.
Instructions
Whip the cream
Beat cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Sweeten & flavor
Gently mix in sweetener, vanilla, strawberry extract, and citric acid.
